We ship from CT within 2 business days of receipt of your order via ground, 2 Day and Next Day services. Ground service is used for packages being shipped to CT and surrounding states. 2 Day and Next Day service is required for other states. We carefully watch the weather reports and we reserve the right to upgrade shipping services when necessary to ensure a safe (un-melted) arrival of chocolates. In warm weather conditions, we ship in reusable, insulated containers with cold bricks.
Shipments to warm climates must be shipped via Next Day or Second Day Air.
2nd Day Air shipments placed to warm climates on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Next Day Air shipments placed to warm climates on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
You can request a warm climate delivery to ship on Thursday or Friday but the condition of the chocolate on arrival cannot be guaranteed.
Saturday Delivery can be requested via the comments section and might require an additional charge.
